Hope Counselling provides confidential counselling for individuals aged 18+ who are seeking help to navigate life’s stressors, situations and relationships, both present and past.
This means talking together, with the counsellor assisting the client to reach insights for positive change in the client’s life and relationships. Increasing capacity for relating well combined with developing better acceptance of self and circumstances are important goals in Hope Counselling.

A trained counsellor for more than a decade, Suzanne McKane holds a Masters of Counselling degree, specialising in trauma support, and is a member of the Christian Counsellors Association Australia (CCAA).
