Each of us craves a sense of belonging and to have purpose in our lives. At Hope Young Adults, we strive to build an authentic, encouraging and safe community where young adults can find genuine friendships and encourage each other to discover and fulfil God’s purpose for them.
We meet every week in connect groups to chat, learn, study and do life together. Every month we have what is called an ALL-IN night where all our connect groups join together for worship and teaching.
We also regularly hang out after our Sunday night services, where we eat dinner together and connect with one another.
All young people aged 18-30 are welcome to join us.
Meet our Young Adults Minister Wini!
Originally from Malaysia, Wini now proudly calls Launceston home, along with her husband, three beautiful children and a rambunctious doggy. Encountering Jesus at the age of 17 has given her a life purpose of sharing God's love with her world. Wini's role as Young Adults Minister gives her exactly the opportunity to do this; to invite the young adults of Launceston to encounter Jesus, encourage them to grow in faith and train them to thrive as disciple makers. Wini loves good food, good movies, good books and hazelnut milk chocolate.
